Description

You will oversee human resources policies and activities including employment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct payroll operations, including weekly salaried payroll submission and auditing non-exempt hourly payroll.
• Manage benefits administration, conduct open enrollment, and handle 401k data sheet uploads.
• Administer FMLA in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Execute recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs while counseling managers on candidate selection.
• Maintain HRIS data entry, I-9 compliance, and EE0-1 reporting.
• Develop and maintain training programs for managers and employees.
• Coordinate with the Safety Director regarding Workers Compensation tracking and claims filing.

Required Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• 6+ years of experience in human resources or related roles.
• Proven experience with FMLA administration and payroll supervision.
• Proficiency in HRIS management and data reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Experience managing EE0 sheet reports and unemployment claims.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and math skills for data reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee relations matters.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
