Description

You will manage HR data integrity, position control processes, and compliance reporting using PeopleSoft HCM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage position control processes, tracking history and processing new or modified position requests.
• Maintain job descriptions by reviewing qualifications and ensuring consistent formatting and language standards.
• Execute personnel actions in PeopleSoft HCM, including salary changes, transfers, and promotions.
• Run queries and reports to prepare monthly salary and pay grade reports.
• Administer the employee referral process and track associated bonuses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in human resources or personnel administration.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM, including serving as a subject matter expert for user acceptance testing and reporting defects.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive documentation with strict adherence to privacy standards.
• Ability to compile complex data into detailed analytical written reports.
• Capability to perform job analysis, classification studies, and salary survey research.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
