Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and strategic planning for the Public Sector Consulting group across US and India offices.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for all levels, including interns, lateral hires, and vertical heads.
• Manage staff onboarding, documentation, reference checks, and visa-related concerns for employees in both regions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and SLAs based on industry research and market trends.
• Identify training needs, create professional development curricula, and monitor program effectiveness.
• Oversee employee engagement, motivation exercises, and regulatory compliance for payroll, attendance, and legal requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting management within the IT industry or Human Resources Management.
• Proven experience as an internal or external consultant for HR and recruiting teams.
• Strong proficiency in managing recruitment, payroll, compliance, and attendance.
• Expertise in project management, change management, and business acumen.
• Ability to manage SOPs and SLAs effectively.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced HR Certification.
• Master's degree.
