Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and strategic planning for the Public Sector Consulting group across US and India offices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for interns, lateral hires, and vertical heads.
• Manage staff onboarding, documentation, reference checks, and visa-related concerns.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and SLAs based on market trends.
• Identify training needs and create professional development curricula.
• Oversee employee engagement, payroll, attendance, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting management within IT or HR.
• Proven experience as an internal or external HR consultant.
• Strong proficiency in managing recruitment, payroll, compliance, and attendance.
• Expertise in project management, change management, and business acumen.
• Ability to manage SOPs and SLAs effectively.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced HR Certification.
• Master's degree.
