Responsibilities

  • Design and execute people strategies that enable business priorities and support leadership in achieving goals.
  • Lead initiatives including employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Manage compensation planning involving equity, bonus, and merit.
  • Identify talent needs and implement pipelining strategies to build employee career trajectories.
  • Deliver talent movement plans using performance-potential matrices and interpret KPIs to monitor leadership performance.
  • Coach managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change and foster an inclusive environment.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role.
  • Proven experience in performance management, training, compensation, attrition, and leadership development.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve in a consultative capacity to leaders and employees.
  • Experience managing equity, bonus, and merit compensation planning.
  • Ability to interpret KPIs to drive leadership and team transformation.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
  • Experience working within technology businesses and familiarity with global HR practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
