Responsibilities
- Design and execute people strategies that enable business priorities and support leadership in achieving goals.
- Lead initiatives including employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Manage compensation planning involving equity, bonus, and merit.
- Identify talent needs and implement pipelining strategies to build employee career trajectories.
- Deliver talent movement plans using performance-potential matrices and interpret KPIs to monitor leadership performance.
- Coach managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change and foster an inclusive environment.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partnering role.
- Proven experience in performance management, training, compensation, attrition, and leadership development.
- Demonstrated ability to serve in a consultative capacity to leaders and employees.
- Experience managing equity, bonus, and merit compensation planning.
- Ability to interpret KPIs to drive leadership and team transformation.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and their impact on HR matters.
- Experience working within technology businesses and familiarity with global HR practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
