Description

You will oversee human resources operations and align them with business goals through employee engagement and internal service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the company to meet employee engagement needs and represent HR on experience committees.
• Partner with staff to deliver onboarding experiences and develop activities aligned with company values.
• Research and recommend updates to recognition and employee experience programs.
• Plan, execute, and manage employee surveys and administer survey platforms.
• Manage HRIS employee records, develop reports, and compose internal communications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience building HR metrics and using data to execute people strategies.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management tools.
• Strong project management and process skills.
• Ability to handle complex employee relations and conflict resolution with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills for navigating matrix organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
