Description

Provide guidance, consulting, and problem resolution for all human resources related issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee engagement, retention, and career development.
• Consult on employee relations matters, including HUCTW related issues, to mitigate organizational risk.
• Partner with recruiting consultants to execute selection and hiring activities for staff.
• Manage salary administration, internal equity, and compensation activities including merit increase and bonus processes.
• Collaborate with managers to diagnose organizational design, staff development, and training needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Expertise in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Retention.
• Experience in Performance Management and Organizational Development.
• Demonstrated experience administering bargaining unit policies and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Proficiency with HRIS applications and analytics.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to work effectively across complex organizations.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management expertise.
• Experience working in a Union environment.
