Description

You will advise clients on end-to-end HR transformation, operating model redesign, and process optimization. You will own HR due-diligence, current-state assessments, and define future-state models including COE, Shared Services, and GCC structures. You will drive HR transition planning, execution, and stakeholder management across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Design future-state HR operating models and support transition planning, phasing, and governance.
• Map and standardize HR sub-functions (Hire-to-Retire), identifying opportunities for centralization, automation, and AI.
• Create SIPOCs, L1/L2 process maps, SLAs, and RACI models to ensure global process consistency.
• Advise on HRIS strategy and partner with technology teams on system optimization, integrations, and analytics.
• Facilitate workshops, conduct change impact assessments, and drive adoption of new HR processes.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions: TA, C&B, Payroll, HR Ops, L&D, and ER.
• Hands-on experience with process design, transition planning, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Shared Services, GCC, and CoE models.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms including SAP, Workday, Oracle, and SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of HR data concepts, HR analytics, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to identify and shape AI and automation use cases across HR functions.
