Lead HR transformation initiatives and manage the full employee lifecycle in the New York Metropolitan Area.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive large-scale HR transformation projects as a subject matter expert.
• Manage talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and organizational development workflows.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and communicate directly with executives.
• Oversee HR teams and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in talent practice and HR leadership.
• Proven expertise in HR Transformation and Organizational Development.
• Strong background in Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 HR solutions.
• Demonstrated project management experience within an HR context.
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR processes.
• Any Graduate degree.
