Description

You will manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment processes for the IT Services & Consulting division.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify manpower needs and coordinate with the HR Manager for approvals.
• Create job descriptions and advertise vacancies across multiple platforms.
• Execute the full recruitment cycle, including CV review, shortlisting, and interviewing.
• Manage new hire orientations and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain departmental employee data and oversee daily HR operations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with Human Resource software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Working knowledge of labour legislation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Experience within the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations.
