Description

You will lead functional design and implementation for MuniS ERP systems, translating business needs into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design system solutions for MuniS implementation and ERP development.
• Analyze and resolve complex system problems within the ERP development and support lifecycle.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis, scope documentation, and map as-is/to-be processes.
• Manage SME activity during data validation, parallel runs, and error resolution.
• Plan legacy data migration, conversions, production cut-over, and post-production support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ERP and SaaS applications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, including data migration and production cut-over.
• Proficiency in conducting fit/gap analysis and designing process flows.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Visio for functional documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or equivalent.
