Description

Provide administrative support to the site HRBP and HR Generalist to drive organizational performance and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative support across all HR areas to ensure consistent delivery of talent management plans.
• Own the design, improvement, and execution of new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Manage personnel transactions within the HRIS, including new hires, employee movements, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate hire requisitions, offer letter generation, and onboarding.
• Maintain HR system data integrity and support compliance efforts regarding FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Assistance.
• Experience facilitating training and learning through large group presentations.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in stressful situations.
• Undergraduate degree (BA/BS); business majors preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, or Kronos.
