You will manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and administrative tasks in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruitment for local and international markets, including posting positions, screening, shortlisting, and conducting video interviews.
Manage payroll administration, including team salary invoices, holidays, vacations, and attendance reporting.
Oversee financial HR tasks such as consolidating expenses, managing invoices in QuickBooks, and maintaining monthly balance sheets.
