Description

You will manage group-wide labor law compliance and HR administration projects across national and international operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as the group-wide expert for all labor law related topics.
• Design and oversee HR administration projects to adapt to regional legal requirements.
• Provide expert guidance to management on personnel management and international employment law.
• Develop, refine, and implement HR policies, procedures, and tools.
• Foster collaborative relationships with management and other HR functions.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience as an HR Manager in a large organization.
• Deep expertise in labor law.
• Substantial experience in HR project management.
• Strong affinity for IT and a thorough understanding of digital processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Business-level fluency in both German and English.
• Experience applying Lean Management or agile approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in a relevant field, ideally specializing in HR or labor law.
