Description

You will manage all HR functions and provide direct administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions and continuously evaluate policies and procedures for improvement.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, development, and retention programs.
• Determine staffing needs and oversee non-exempt personnel.
• Resolve employment conflicts and oversee leave of absence requests.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams regarding benefit plans and maintain updated job descriptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of HR management experience.
• SHRM certification.
• Experience managing recruiting and retention programs.
• Experience overseeing non-exempt personnel.
• Experience resolving employment conflicts.
• Experience coordinating with payroll and benefits departments.
• Ability to assist with financial analysis and attorney integration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
