You will manage end-to-end HR processes and partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to architect and drive organizational change.
• Execute critical HR processes including compensation, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Manage talent acquisition and talent development to ensure needs are met with timely resources.
• Oversee employee relations and conduct internal investigations.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Expertise in employee relations and investigations.
• Experience with compensation and merit planning.
• Proficiency in performance management and talent development.
• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the defense industry.
• Experience using Workday or other HR planning tools.
