Description

Oversee firm-wide HR functions, employee relations, and resource planning while providing managerial support to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Manage all HR functions and evaluate policies for continuous improvement. Lead recruiting, hiring, development, and retention programs. Determine staffing needs and oversee non-exempt personnel. Resolve employment conflicts and manage leave of absence requests. Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams and integrate new attorneys.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HR management roles.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience assisting with financial analysis related to HR matters.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SHRM certification.
