You will manage the complete HR function within an FMCG factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and safety regulations.
• Coordinate employee training programs and professional development.
• Mediate workplace conflicts and resolve employee grievances.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically within an FMCG factory environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience managing recruitment and HR operational tasks.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations and grievance handling.
