You will lead HSI engineering analysis and technical guidance to resolve enterprise-wide process challenges within the RD&E life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the development, review, and publishing of Naval Operational Architectures, standards, and competency models.
• Support the design, development, test, and implementation of network-based collaboration tools for engineering operations.
• Conduct mission task analysis, top-down functional analysis, and critical task analysis for naval operations.
• Perform HSI engineering analysis, including impact assessments and tradeoff studies of complex systems.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• BS in an engineering discipline, physical science, or mathematics from an ABET accredited institution.
• 6 years of experience in Government-related R&D, Test and Evaluation, and systems acquisition programs.
• 4 years of relevant Human Systems Integration (HSI) engineering experience.
• Experience in HSI design, installation, integration, and test support.
• Experience with HSI-related engineering requirements, performance, and risk analysis.
• Experience in HSI test planning, procedure development, conduct, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR), and cybersecurity readiness.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) system documentation.
