Description

Maintain and troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC systems and components in Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC components within built-up systems and package units.
• Maintain chillers, air handlers, pumps, and cooling towers.
• Service control systems, boilers, and air handling systems.
• Manage refrigeration and associated control systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Experience with chiller air handlers and pump towers.
• Experience with cooling towers and boilers.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting control systems and refrigeration.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
