Description

Lead HVAC/R installation projects and manage field crews to ensure project profitability and safety compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation P/L and ensure project-level profitability for the assigned geography.
• Coordinate installation projects, including material procurement, permits, supplies, and manpower forecasting.
• Hire, onboard, and oversee Foremen and installation crews; provide performance feedback and training to Apprentices and Journeymen.
• Maintain productive relationships with customers, General Contractors, and subcontractors.
• Enforce compliance with safety policies, PPE usage, and project tracking procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HVAC/R installation or supervision.
• Demonstrated experience managing Installation P/L.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules and resource allocation.
• Experience leading and training field technicians and crews.
• Ability to resolve technical and logistical issues on job sites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Strong conflict resolution skills for subcontractor and client interactions.
