Description

You will engineer and support hardware designs from component selection through to production readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Select major electronic components, including microcontrollers, operational amplifiers, and power modules.
• Analyze analog schematics and perform detailed calculations for power budgeting and thermal management.
• Design PCBs adhering to Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and testing teams to support existing designs.
• Develop design documentation, presentations, and perform hardware testing and board modifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Hardware Engineer.
• Proven expertise in PCB Design.
• Strong understanding of DFM and DFA principles.
• Ability to analyze analog schematics and calculate thermal/power budgets.
• Familiarity with UL certification and EMI/EMC compliance requirements.
• Experience selecting electronic components (MCUs, Op-Amps, Power Modules).
• Ability to lead and present technical reviews to stakeholders.
