Description

You will own the end-to-end testing process for Salesforce platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans and test cases based on business requirements and design specifications.
• Execute test cases, record results, and consult with project teams to resolve issues before logging defects.
• Report test status and metrics daily using Jira or TFS.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute to status, risk, and issue reporting.
• Ensure functionality aligns with the SOW and communicate any deviations to leadership.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role.
• 1+ years of experience testing Salesforce Applications.
• At least one Salesforce Certification.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Java for automation.
• Experience using Jira or TFS for defect tracking and project management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems including Sales, Marketing, MuleSoft, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.
