Description

Manage quality assurance and testing workflows for Salesforce platform implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans and test cases based on business requirements and design specifications.
• Execute test cases, record results, and consult with project teams to resolve issues before defect logging.
• Report test status and metrics daily using Jira or TFS.
• Monitor functionality against the SOW and communicate deviations to project leadership.
• Follow standard operating procedures regarding DevOps, time reporting, and incident management.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role.
• 1+ years of experience testing Salesforce Applications.
• At least one active Salesforce Certification.
• Experience with Selenium and Java automation.
• Proficiency with Jira or TFS.
• Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem components including Sales, Marketing, Vlocity, MuleSoft, and Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
