Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation for the SAP Hybris e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and map processes for B2B and B2C environments.
• Produce technical documentation and analyze business needs for functional enhancements.
• Configure, customize, and extend SAP Hybris features to meet specific business logic.
• Collaborate on data modeling, analytics, and system performance tuning.
• Support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP Hybris platform and core functionalities.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce principles and B2B/B2C business models.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Understanding of web technologies, system integrations, and technical e-commerce architecture.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering and process mapping.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of S4 HANA processes including Order Management, Shipping, and Invoice Management.
