Description

You will design, build, and configure the Hyland OnBase solution, managing workflows, system configurations, and application support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build workflows, system configurations, data fields, screens, templates, and user-defined functions.
• Manage application installations, version upgrades, and environment synchronization.
• Execute and document comprehensive test plans for unit, application, and integrated testing.
• Provide application support, including troubleshooting, ticket management, and on-call coverage through go-live.
• Maintain version control for workflows, risk logs, and decision trackers.

Required Skills

• Experience with OnBase/Epic installation and integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
• Strong workflow process analysis and design capabilities.
• Experience in application support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage system modifications and continuous documentation.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of ADT/HL7 messages and document imaging in Health Information Management or Central Billing Office environments.
