We are looking for a senior Hyper Automation professional who has progressed beyond traditional RPA development into enterprise-level automation, integration and AI-enabled automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise automation solutions.
• Develop RPA and Hyper Automation solutions.
• Integrate multiple enterprise applications and systems.
• Identify processes suitable for automation.
• Design automation architecture and solution approaches.
• Integrate AI capabilities into automation workflows.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead automation solution development and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance to automation developers.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years overall experience.
• Strong RPA Automation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Hyper Automation experience – Mandatory.
• Strong System Integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with one or more:
• UiPath
• Blue Prism
• Power Automate
• Equivalent RPA platforms
• Scripting experience in Python, JavaScript or similar.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud.
• AI integration.
• Intelligent automation.
• Enterprise application integration.
• Automation solution architecture
