Description

Lead L2 support operations for on-premise Hyperion environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage L2 and L3 support for Essbase, Planning, FDMEE, HFM, and DRM.
• Monitor production and non-production applications to ensure availability and resilience.
• Execute start and stop procedures for Rundeck jobs across all environments.
• Fix bugs in the existing codebase based on priority and resolve user technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Hyperion L2 and L3 support within on-premise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Essbase, Planning, FDMEE, HFM, and DRM.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and Python.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (05:30am-02:30pm IST or 02:30pm-11:30pm IST).
