Description

You will manage and support Identity and Access Management systems within a global enterprise environment, ensuring stability and security of directory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for identity systems, resolving incidents and service requests within defined service levels.
• Manage user, group, and role administration using directory management products and execute AD server migrations, deployments, and domain controller promotions.
• Perform daily health checks, system monitoring, and tool upgrades to maintain system integrity.
• Manage incident, service request, change, and problem management processes following ITIL frameworks.
• Write technical documents, including engagement reports and presentations, to communicate system status and changes.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra).
• Proven experience in directory object and tree management, including end-to-end implementation of IAM tools.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and network security attack vectors.
• Experience with certificate management and basic security concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and Service Management/ITIL processes.
• Exposure to AWS, Entra, and O365 services.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
