Description

Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Active Directory and Entra ID.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design AD authentication and authorization systems for medium and large enterprises.
• Integrate home-grown and COTS applications with Active Directory for secure access.
• Configure and troubleshoot IAM security models, entitlements, and directory services.
• Guide engineering teams on AD integration best practices and protocol implementation.
• Manage stakeholder dependencies and ensure delivery within fixed SLAs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IAM experience, including 5+ years in architecture and design.
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and directory databases.
• Deep understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, RADIUS, and ADFS protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IGA and enterprise IAM tools.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python for AD/Azure integrations.
• Strong grasp of AD APIs, endpoints, and SDKs for application integration.
• Experience with networking, DNS, and SMTP in identity contexts.

Preferred Skills

• Client-facing presentation skills and ability to lead technical communications.
• Proven track record of anticipating technical roadblocks and managing them effectively.
