Description

You will administer the organization’s identity and access management program to support internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, access privileges, and passwords within the identity management system.
• Grant and remove security access for data resources, including proprietary and external applications.
• Interface with HR to manage new hire and termination processes, including emergency network and badge access revocation.
• Monitor and audit logging systems while documenting access security history and assisting with quarterly reviews.
• Manage adds, moves, and changes for corporate email, automating procedures where possible.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in access administration.
• 3+ years of experience with Active Directory.
• 3+ years of experience using PowerShell.
• Proficiency with SailPoint, Ansible, and Oracle.
• Experience managing users in Oracle EBS, NTFS, and Citrix environments.
• Understanding of NTFS rights and permissions in a DFS environment and Group Policies.
• Knowledge of identity and access management best practices.
• Background in security, basic scripting/programming, and networking essentials.

Preferred Skills

• Security Plus certification.
