Description

You will manage and implement identity and access management processes using Oracle Identity & Access Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cross-functional discovery exercises with business and technical users to design IT access authorizations.
• Coordinate with various teams to execute access changes and provide recommendations for alignment.
• Gather and analyze information to design tests and validation procedures for control point accuracy.
• Validate, document, and agree on business requirements with stakeholders.
• Engage application tech owners to collect and provide necessary evidence.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as an IAM Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity & Access Manager.
• Deep understanding of Least Privilege, Privileged Access, and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duty (SOD) and Data mining.
• Experience with application authentication and validation technologies.
• Ability to communicate implementation options to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent formal training.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in relevant identity and access management fields.
