Description

Manage identity lifecycle processes and maintain secure access controls across enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IAM solutions, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Configure and manage authentication mechanisms such as SSO, MFA, and federated identity management.
• Monitor IAM systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance issues to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in identity and access management operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory or One Identity Manager.
• Experience managing user access and authentication in Amazon AWS.
• Proficiency in implementing user provisioning, access controls, and MFA.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to evaluate business impact and risk exposure regarding access levels.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as CIGE, CIST, CIAM, or equivalent.
