You will manage identity and access lifecycles and support authentication security within a banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Screen end-user access requests to ensure compliance with internal policies and reject non-compliant access.
• Manage Joiner, Leaver, and Transfer (JLT) processes for business applications and IT systems.
• Administer physical and logical authentication devices, including tokens, smartcards, and certificates.
• Execute access recertification reviews and conduct ad-hoc identity analytics checks under supervision.
• Support audit activities, document new procedures, and interface with technical teams to resolve IAM-related incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity Management activities.
• Advanced knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with DBMS including Oracle, MS-SQL, and MySQL.
• Practical experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Omada, or Microsoft MIM.
• Knowledge of authentication tools including OneLogin, MFA, and Remote gateways like Juniper.
• Familiarity with identity analytics platforms like Brainwave or Kleverware.
• Understanding of Internet and Cloud technologies within the identity management field.
• Knowledge of international IT security standards such as the ISO27000 suite.
• Full fluency in English and a good command of another EU language.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with banking applications such as Swift, KYC, or PeopleSoft/SAP.
• Knowledge of collaborative platforms like SharePoint, Teams, or OpenText.
