Description

You manage identity and access lifecycles to ensure secure access control across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process access requests for employees, contractors, and partners to ensure accurate provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Perform user access reviews and certifications to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and access policies.
• Maintain Active Directory and Azure Active Directory to ensure accurate user information and permissions.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) structures and entitlement models based on the principle of least privilege.
• Monitor IAM system logs and audit trails to identify and address suspicious activities or security breaches.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Azure Active Directory.
• Practical knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) implementation.
• Experience with user lifecycle management and privileged access management.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical access control solutions.
• Experience conducting user access reviews and compliance audits.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
