You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud implementations and architectural design.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
• Configure and manage authentication methods including SSO, MFA, and passwordless flows.
• Manage identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management using RBAC and entitlements.
• Develop schemes for hybrid data synchronization across on-premises, cloud, mobile, and web environments.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation and customization experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
• Expertise in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud modules with the ability to operate independently.
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.
• Experience implementing fine-grained authorization policies and Zero Trust risk assessments.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Bachelor's degree.
