Subject Matter Expert for PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud implementation and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
• Configure authentication methods including SSO, MFA, and passwordless flows.
• Manage identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management using RBAC and entitlements.
• Integrate identity services with other systems using APIs and microservices.
• Develop hybrid data synchronization schemes across on-premises, cloud, mobile, and web environments.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Infrastructure and Security.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation and customization with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices integration.
• Experience managing IAM needs across hybrid environments (on-premises, cloud, and mobile).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Implement security best practices, including Zero Trust risk assessment.
