Description

Lead end-to-end application onboarding and identity governance initiatives using Saviynt, managing a team of engineers to deliver secure access solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive full lifecycle application onboarding from requirement gathering through implementation and testing.
• Develop custom connectors and test cases, coordinating test plans with the engineering team.
• Lead a team of 6–8 engineers to onboard multiple applications simultaneously.
• Manage Active Directory cleanup and resolve integration challenges with IGA tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep expertise in Saviynt as the primary IAM platform.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Experience developing custom connectors and integration logic.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and directory services.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Okta and SailPoint.
• Background in identity governance and administration (IGA) tool integration.
