Description

You lead end-to-end application onboarding projects using Saviynt, driving initiatives from requirement gathering through implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own application onboarding lifecycles, ensuring successful integration and deployment.
• Develop custom connectors and test cases, coordinating test plans with the engineering team.
• Lead a team of 6–8 engineers to onboard multiple applications simultaneously.
• Manage Active Directory clean-up and resolve integration challenges with IGA tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep expertise in Saviynt as the primary platform for application onboarding.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams of 6–8 members.
• Strong background in developing custom connectors and test frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Okta, SailPoint, and Active Directory.
• Ability to navigate integration complexities between IAM and directory services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SailPoint or Okta beyond basic familiarity.
• Background in Active Directory remediation projects.
