Description

Lead application onboarding and integration initiatives using Saviynt as the primary identity governance platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end application onboarding from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Lead a team of 6–8 engineers managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects.
• Develop custom connectors and resolve integration challenges with IAM tools.
• Develop test cases and coordinate testing plans with the engineering team.
• Manage Active Directory cleanup and integration processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Application Onboarding and Identity Access Management.
• Strong expertise with Saviynt platform implementation and configuration.
• Proficiency with Active Directory administration and integration.
• Experience integrating with other IAM tools, including Okta.
• Ability to manage complex integration challenges and technical dependencies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sailpoint.
• Proven track record leading technical teams.
