Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design and implement enterprise IAM architecture, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

Lead integration of IAM solutions with cloud platforms, on-prem systems, and enterprise applications.

Establish governance frameworks, access controls, and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).

Enforce security policies such as least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and threat mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IAM strategy, implementation, and ongoing improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management and cybersecurity.

Strong hands-on expertise with IAM tools such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk, along with SSO, MFA, and federation protocols.

Proven ability to design IAM architectures, implement governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with security standards like SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001
