Description

You will design and implement enterprise Identity and Access Management architecture, owning authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of IAM solutions with cloud platforms, on-prem systems, and enterprise applications.
• Establish governance frameworks, access controls, and compliance standards including SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Enforce security policies such as least privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and threat mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IAM strategy, implementation, and ongoing improvements.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management and cybersecurity.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk.
• Deep knowledge of SSO, MFA, and federation protocols.
• Proven ability to design IAM architectures and implement governance frameworks.
• Experience ensuring compliance with security standards like SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
