Description

You will design and implement enterprise identity and access management architectures that align with security and business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define identity lifecycle management processes including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows.
• Architect solutions for authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless), authorization (RBAC, ABAC), and federation (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
• Lead the implementation of IAM platforms such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Ping Identity.
• Integrate IAM systems with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premises systems (Active Directory, LDAP), and enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday).
• Establish Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) frameworks and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM architecture and design.
• Deep expertise with Azure AD, SAML, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Strong understanding of zero trust security models and API security.
• Ability to design role models and access certification campaigns.
• Experience implementing audit logging, monitoring, and reporting.
