Description

You will design and implement enterprise-grade identity and access management architectures within Microsoft Azure environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RBAC models for Azure subscriptions across multiple tenants following the principle of least privilege.
• Create and maintain custom IAM policies to govern resource access using tagging and policy initiatives.
• Integrate Azure AD with third-party IdPs such as Okta, Ping, and ADFS for SSO and identity federation.
• Manage and monitor just-in-time privileged access using PIM.
• Develop automated scripts using Terraform and Bicep to deploy IAM resources in compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Hands-on experience with Azure RBAC, custom role definition, and scoping.
• Proficiency in Azure Policy, Azure Blueprints, and Conditional Access Policies.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture and Identity Governance.
• Automation skills using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Knowledge of hybrid identity integration with on-premises Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
