Description

You will design and implement identity and access management (IAM) architectures that align with security requirements and business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document IAM architectures covering user authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Develop analysis, process documents, and technical roadmaps for projects across various business units and products.
• Evaluate and select IAM technologies and vendors based on industry best practices.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect customer data privacy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in an Architect or similar role focusing on IAM/CIAM frameworks.
• Deep expertise with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Okta or Ping Identity.
• Strong understanding of security principles including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT implementation teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
