Description

You will design, architect, and implement Identity and Access Management solutions for AWS environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS IAM solutions, including policies, roles, permissions, and federation for human and non-human identities.
• Define standards for role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and Zero Trust principles.
• Provide strategic guidance on identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Conduct security assessments, audits, and reviews of IAM configurations and entitlements.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams to ensure best practices in AWS security architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM solutioning, consulting, and configuration.
• Expert proficiency with AWS IAM, authentication, and access governance.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts: lifecycle management, role definition, access controls, MFA, SSO, and federation.
• Hands-on experience designing secure cloud architectures.
• Working knowledge of at least one IDAM tool (Okta or CyberArk).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Strong problem resolution capability and delivery focus.
