Description

Design and implement enterprise-level identity and access management solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable IAM solutions covering identity governance, privileged access management (PAM), authentication (MFA, SSO), and directory services.
• Lead architecture and integration strategies for IAM tools and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, and application teams to define access policies, roles, and workflows.
• Drive IAM compliance initiatives and risk assessments against standards such as SOX, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Provide technical leadership for IAM roadmap planning, architecture reviews, and system performance monitoring.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms including SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, or Azure AD.
• Deep understanding of RBAC, ABAC, Zero Trust, LDAP, SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Proven experience securing access to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming with Python or PowerShell.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• IAM or Security certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CISM, or Azure Security Engineer.
• Experience in regulated environments like financial services or healthcare.
