Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management solutions. This role requires 12–15 years of IT experience with at least 8 years focused on IAM, including hybrid environments and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise IAM strategy, roadmap, and architecture for scalable, secure solutions.
• Design end-to-end IAM implementations covering SSO, MFA, provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, PAM, and identity federation.
• Guide the implementation of IAM frameworks such as Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, and Just-in-Time access.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams and lead IAM governance, risk management, and compliance efforts (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams on IAM-related projects, including mergers, cloud migrations, and audits.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of total IT experience, with 8+ years specifically in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on expertise with modern IAM platforms: SailPoint, Okta, One Identity, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Azure AD, and AWS IAM.
• Deep knowledge of standards and protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP.
• Experience designing IAM architectures at enterprise scale, supporting hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, and GCP in the context of identity management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Azure/AWS Security Specialty, or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., SailPoint Identity Now Certified).
