Description

You will architect and lead enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Architect scalable and secure IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design end-to-end IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and identity federation.
• Lead IAM governance, risk management, and compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and identity domains.
• 8+ years focused specifically on Identity and Access Management.
• Proven experience designing IAM architectures at an enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise with IAM platforms: SailPoint, Okta, One Identity, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Azure AD, and AWS.
• Experience implementing IAM frameworks such as Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, and Just-in-Time access.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid (on-prem + cloud) identity environments.
• Familiarity with standards like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or Azure/AWS Security Specialty certification.
