Description

You will define and drive the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy and architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable and secure IAM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Design end-to-end IAM solutions covering SSO, MFA, provisioning, role management, and identity federation.
• Guide implementation of IAM frameworks including Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, and Just-in-Time access.
• Lead IAM governance, risk management, and compliance efforts for SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years in IT, with at least 8 years specifically in Identity and Access Management.
• Proven experience designing IAM architectures at an enterprise scale.
• Deep experience with IAM platforms including SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Azure AD, and AWS IAM.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid (on-prem + cloud) identity environments.
• Familiarity with standards like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IAM best practices, including lifecycle management and governance.
• Experience working with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or relevant vendor certifications.
